1 Cancellation and return policy
In case of cancellation the following policy will apply:
- Any change or cancellation must be notified by email to the Technical Secretariat firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellations made until July 31, 2020(included) will include € 50 of management fees.
- Registration for the congress and / or workshops canceled as of July 31, 2020, will not allow returns.
2. Organization’s cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the event for any reason outside the organization, including adverse weather conditions, national emergencies, the organization is not responsible.
In these cases, no reimbursement will be made to registrants, nor will reimbursement be made for expenses related to events incurred by registrants.
